Return & Refund Policy

This official return framework governs all exchange, return and full/partial refund requests for every order placed via the Vivnook online retail store. All customers completing checkout automatically acknowledge and accept every regulation outlined within this policy document.

Return Eligibility Standards

All return or swap submissions must be initiated within a 30-day window starting from the day the delivery parcel is marked delivered by the shipping carrier. All returned merchandise must remain in original factory condition: unused, unwashed, free of stains, scratches, or self-modifications, and must be returned with all original retail packaging, attached brand tags, and included complementary accessories intact. Any goods that fail to meet these condition standards will be rejected for returns or exchanges entirely.

Non-Returnable Product Categories

The following goods are designated final sale and cannot be returned, swapped, or refunded under any circumstances: custom personalized engraved items, clearance discounted inventory, digital downloadable goods, pre-paid gift cards, opened cosmetic and skincare hygiene products, and limited-edition promotional bundled sets.

How to Submit a Return Application

All return requests must be sent to the brand’s official support email address listed above. Each request must include the customer’s full order ID number, their complete legal name, and a clear written explanation detailing the reason for the return. Our support team will review each submission and issue an official return authorization slip alongside printable return shipping labels upon approval. Customers must securely repack all items and ship them back using the provided label, and retain the tracking number for delivery verification purposes.

Refund Processing Rules

Once our warehouse team receives and inspects returned items that satisfy all eligibility rules, refunds will be processed back to the exact payment method used at checkout. Any payment delays caused by bank or card issuer internal processing timelines are outside of Vivnook’s operational control and will not be compensated by the store. We reserve the right to approve partial refunds or fully deny return requests for damaged, altered, or incomplete returned goods missing original packaging components.

Defective Item & Exchange Guidelines

We offer equivalent product exchanges for alternate sizes, colors, and variants subject to real-time inventory availability. If customers receive factory defective merchandise, shipping damaged goods, or items mismatched to their submitted order, they may select either a complimentary replacement unit or a complete full refund. All return delivery fees for orders affected by our fulfillment errors or manufacturing defects will be fully covered by Vivnook.

Return Shipping Fee Allocation

Customers bear full responsibility for all shipping costs associated with voluntary returns submitted due to personal preference changes or incorrect size selection. Standard shipping charges paid during checkout will not be reimbursed under any return scenario. Only return shipments sent back to resolve store-side fulfillment mistakes qualify for fully covered return delivery expenses.
